The Cass Country Championship Rodeo has been around 11 years now and every year it just gets bigger. This year’s no exception. April 22 and 23rd it’ll be held at the Cass County Rodeo Grounds on Hwy 8 North at FM 1399 in Linden, Texas starting at 8 both nights. $8 for Adults, Children 6-12 are $4 and the ones 5 and under are free. And they’ve got a couple things to remember. A portion of ticket sales Friday night will be donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Each night at 7pm there will be Mutton Bustin’ for children ages 7 & under or 55lbs or less. Each night there is a CRITTER SCRAMBLE for children 12 and under. Farm critters (ducks, chickens, pigs, goats, guineas, etc) are released in the arena and the children keep the critter they catch!!
