Sean Payton could be hearing from authorities in Ohio after the Saints demolished the Bengals.

Several news outlets are reporting that the fire alarm kept going off in the stadium prior to the Saints and Bengals game. Well, Sean Payton was not going to let it be a distraction to his team.

Payton allegedly destroyed the alarm in the Saints locker room so that it would not distract the team prior to kickoff.

The only problem with that is that its illegal to do such a thing. According to WWL, vandalism and criminal damage to property is a felony in the state of Ohio and is punishable with up to 12 months in prison, or a $2,500 fine.

The Bengals organization has reported the damage to authorities, but it remains to be seen if charges will be filed.

The Saints defeated the Bengals 51-14 on Sunday.
