Those days of being able to get home after work with a little time left over to get some of your outside chores done before darkness falls, are nearing the end for this year.

Daylight Saving Time will come to a screeching halt at 2:00 am on Sunday, November 6. Remember, in the fall, we move our clocks BACK one hour, thus we'll actually get an extra hour of sleep that night.  Set yourself a reminder in Outlook to set your clock back an hour before you go to bed Saturday night, November 5, and you'll be good to go.

And though we do lose that hour of daylight after work during the winter months, if you're an early riser, you'll actually enjoy a little extra daylight during the morning, until Mother Nature steals all of the daylight before and after work.
