The Dallas Cowboys are the most valuable sports franchise in the world at a worth of $4 billion, according to Forbes magazine.
America's Team heads the list of NFL teams for the ninth consecutive year and is first overall among all sports teams for the first time since 2007. The Cowboys made a record NFL revenue of $620 million last season.

The Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots are 2nd at $3.2 billion, Washington Redskins ($2.85 billion), New York Giants ($2.8 billion) and San Francisco 49ers ($2.7 billion) round out the NFL’s top five. The commonality among the NFL’s most valuable teams is that they are in big markets and play in cash-rich stadiums run by the teams. The bigger your domain, the greater the opportunity to cash in on the fantasy and reality of the NFL.

The New Orleans Saints are 23rd on the list, worth about 1.52 billion dollars.

Buffalo is last on the list at #32 worth 1.4 billion.
