Dallas Cowboys are NFL’s Most Valuable Team

Forbes released it’s annual list of sports most valuable franchises. The Dallas cowboys are the most valuable NFL team and the fifth most valuable sports franchise in the world, and second most valuable American team behind the Yankees.

Forbes values the Cowboys at 2.1 billion dollars.

The three most valuable teams are all soccer clubs.  But the NFL is still king, as 30 NFL teams make list of the world's 50 most valuable sports teams.

The Cowboys are #1 in the world in a different category.... that would be "operating income." (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization and player trading)
