The Dallas Cowboys are confident that receiver Dez Bryant will be able to play Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs after an MRI showed he has a mild sprain of his left foot.

Bryant injured the foot in the fourth quarter of Sunday night’s win against the Giants.

The Cowboys are more concerned about cornerback Morris Claiborne's dislocated shoulder, even though he also returned to play against the Giants after suffering the injury.

The Cowboys are also optimistic that defensive end Anthony Spencer will be able to make his season debut against the Chiefs.
