The Dallas Cowboy defense has performed better than advertised this season, and Wednesday they got a big part of that defense back. Cornerback Orlando Scandrick has been reinstated by the NFL after the league and the Players Association reached a deal on a new drug policy.

The veteran defender was originally slated to miss four games due to a suspension handed down in August. Scandrick was at practice today.

New linebacker Rolando McClain was missing from practice, nursing and injured groin.

Tony Romo did not practice as the team continues to manage his back.

Dez Bryant was at practice but not in uniform, he injured his shoulder in Sunday’s win over Tennessee.
