It was a loss that devastated an entire town.

Well, maybe not the "entire" town, but residents of Montgomery, Alabama showed up to pay their respects to a local Taco Bell that burned down.

Around 100 people showed up to a candlelight vigil that was promoted on Facebook as a 'Candle light vigil for Taco Bell.' The organizers said the event "gave people something to talk about other than all the negativity that’s going on right now," this according to AI.com.

The owners of the Taco Bell plan to rebuild, but they were grateful for the vigil.

We are overwhelmed by the displays of support. We are extremely thankful that no one was harmed early Wednesday morning when the store burned and that no firefighters were injured as they battled the flames in single digit temperatures.

Is there a restaurant that you would mourn if it burned down? If so, share it in the comments.
