The annual “Backyard Brawl” between the Byrd Yellow Jackets and the Captain Shreve Gators is set for Friday, Oct. 18 at Lee Hedges Stadium. Listen Live Online and on the radio on 1130 AM The Tiger with Charlie Cavell.

In arguably the biggest rivalry in the City of Shreveport, the Shreve-Byrd game often pits neigh-bor versus neighbor and sometimes even family member against family member. Byrd will also celebrate Homecoming 2014 when the Jackets line up against the arch rival Gators.
