Bossier School Bus Driver Arrested for DWI

Bridget Whitley, of Benton, was arrested Monday morning for DWI after completing her school bus route. Whitley reported for a random drug screening after she safely dropped the children off at school. During the tests, she showed signs of impairment and performed poorly during a field sobriety test.

Whitley was charged with DWI second and was booked into Bossier Max with a 50 thousand dollar bond. Whitley claims she was drinking Sunday night but not during her shift.
