Bossier City Retailer Will Close It’s Doors For Good

Bossier City's Kmart is closing it's doors for good.

According to bossierpress.com, Kmart, located at 3045 E. Texas Street will be shutting it's doors in early August, with a liquidation sale beginning May 19.

The Bossier City closure will happen after the announcement was made in late April that 68 Kmart stores across the country would be closing their doors as well.

There is no word on how many employees this closure will affect, but the company says that they wil offer severance pay and the opportunity to apply at other Sears and Kmart stores.

The closet Kmart store will now be the store located in Texarkana, Texas.
