Blue Bell once again has issued a recall of its ice cream over listeria concerns. The company is recalling over 1900 cases of product shipped from plants in Texas and Alabama.

According to reports, the problematic ice cream contains chocolate chip cookie dough bites supplied from a 3rd party that could be tainted. The company said there have been no reports of illnesses and the recall was done out of an abundance of caution.

if you think you may have purchased some of the tainted ice cream or if you have general concerns, Blue Bell says to call their consumer hotline at 979-836-7977 between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
