Achievements:  Over 5,000 yards rushed and 78 touchdowns scored during his years as a Byrd Yellow Jacket where he was selected as a Parade All-American.  Played quarterback and wide receiver at the University of Notre Dame.  Selected in the 2003 NFL Draft by the San Francisco 49ers.  Voted Special Teams Captain of the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2011.  Has over 2,000 yards receiving in the NFL and 12 total touchdowns.  Longtime Shreveport-Bossier Sportscaster Bob Griffin calls him the best area prep player he ever saw.
