Another Cowboys Player Gets DWI

A little more than a month after Dallas Cowboy Josh Brent killed his best friend and fellow Cowboy Jerry Brown in a drunk driving accident… another Dallas Cowboy has been arrested for DWI.

Nose tackle Jay Ratliff was arrested early Tuesday on suspicion of driving under the influence after refusing a breathalyzer test following an accident in which he wrecked his F-150 truck into an 18-wheeler along Texas Hwy 114, which is the same highway Josh Brent’s accident was on in December.

No one was injured in the accident and Ratliff was released on bond Tuesday morning. Ratliff made news last month after a heated locker room argument with team owner Jerry Jones.
