The Dallas Cowboys already thin defense took another hit Monday night with the news that starting cornerback Orlando Scandrick has been suspended four games by the NFL for violating the league’s performance enhancing drug policy.

ESPN’s Ed Werder reports that Scandrick tested positive for MDMA, better known as Ecstasy or "molly."

Scandrick says he unknowingly took the drug on vacation in Mexico. He’ll lose about $1 million in salary over the four game suspension.
