Florida Beats LSU 14-7

I hate to say it, but the LSU Tigers we no match for the Florida Gators on Saturday.

Mettenberger wasn't able to complete enough passes and were were too many penalties on LSU.

LSU Tigers'PK Drew Alleman kicked a 31-yard field goal giving LSU a 3-0 lead over the Florida Gators in the 1st quarter as the Tigers drove 64 yards in 10 plays and ate 4:12 off the clock!

Zach Mettenberger was 4-6 passing, 47 yards. Kenny Hilliard had 3 carries for 15 yards. Spencer Ware had 1 catch for 20 yards. At the end of the 1st quarter LSU led Florida 3-0.

In the second quarter Drew Alleman nailed a 22-yard field goal to give LSU a 6-0 lead over Florida with 24 seconds before halftime.

Florida scored with a 12-yard touchdown run by Mike Gillislee in the 3rd quarter and LSU trailed lorida 7-6 with 5:15 remaining in the 3rd.

Florida scored again and got the extra point in the 4th quarder to win the game.
